Republican Leader Map - 1/3/08
(Click On Map To Enlarge It)
Changes since last published map: John McCain has been surging and as of today is the national leader in both the Pew Research Center Poll and in the Rasmussen Daily Tracking Poll. Montana: The Billings Gazette released their poll results which shows Mike Huckabee leading with Giuliani a very close second. New Hampshire: John McCain has rocketed past Mitt Romney in New Hampshire and shows no signs of peaking. A few of our polls have moved beyond the 30 day limit we have been using, but are still the best indicators for their respective states, so we have extended the coverage to allow for polls aged up to 45 days.

Kevin, this map is great! Thanks for all the hard work that goes into it. This will really come in handy as we progress through the next few weeks. But I would mention that NC's primary is actually May 6th. There was a bill up in the state house to move it, but it failed to pass. Keep up the great work!
Justin, thanks for letting me know about NC. I will make the change.
Thanks for the map! I hope we will see Ron Paul on that map this month. You might have to add another color.
I see that you left out the Wyoming primary that was held on the fifth on both your list and map, Mitt Romney won, by the way.
:]
I just thought you'd like to make your map a little more green.
Anonymous, please note the date on the map (1/3/08). The map predated the Wyoming caucuses. This evening (1/7/08) was the next scheduled update for the map, but it will probably be postponed until Tuesday after New Hampshire. However, delegates for Wyoming can be found in the sidebar at right.
Thanks for reading.
